Service Agreement

By requesting service from Friendswood Plumbing Co., you agree to allow our licensed plumbers to access your property to diagnose and perform the requested work. Written estimates are firm and are provided before work begins, except in true emergencies where verbal approval may proceed with follow-up written scope.

Warranty

Standard workmanship warranty is 2 years on general repairs. Larger installations (repipes, sewer replacements, tankless water heaters) carry longer written warranties provided at the time of estimate. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment apply separately per manufacturer terms.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangement (financing, insurance direct-pay) is documented. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and offer financing through partners for qualified customers.

Cancellation

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window. Emergency dispatch cancellations after dispatch may incur a truck-roll fee.

Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. Consequential damages, property damage caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions, or damages arising from customer-directed work against our recommendations are not covered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Galveston County, Texas.
